“I don’t look at a map and see parcels; I look at our streets and see our neighbors. My career has been defined by helping people when the systems failed them—now, I’m running to fix the systems themselves.”
District 1 is more than a collection of real estate opportunities or a line item on a developer’s balance sheet—it’s our home. While others approach county government with a “business-first” mindset, I am running to put people first.
As a behavioral health crisis intervention specialist and a multigenerational resident of Pierce County, I have spent my career on the front lines, helping neighbors navigate complex systems when they have nowhere else to turn. I’ve seen firsthand how high-level “negotiations” often leave our actual neighborhoods behind, resulting in overstretched infrastructure, a lack of local services, and a disregard for our unique geography.
From the critical safety of our Lahar evacuation routes to the specific needs of our historic mountain towns, I am running for County Council to ensure that as our district grows, we prioritize the safety, health, and stability of the families who live here—not just the interests of those who see East Pierce as disposable or a means to make a quick dollar.
